Winter Sport

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday the year 5 and up went to winter sport. For Winter Sport I play netball.

My team was up against Saint Francis. They were pretty good but we were good too. 

First, I was off so I was timing the game for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, our team grouped up for our positions. I got C (centre). There are 2 Cs, me and Kywn. We all sprinted and tried our best to stay in front of our partners and get the ball. We got the ball so many times! Poor Julia was off that time, she was timing. Once the timer was done, we met up again Kywn had to go off that time. I was... Attack. I went with Julia. The other team started with the ball, we got the ball after a couple passes but we still made it down to the goal. Whenever we got the ball I sprinted down to the goal circle.. Julia tried to shoot and... she failed :(

I caught the rebound, I shot and I.... Scored! Woohoo! After a couple minutes, we met up AGAIN. Mr . Koorey said that we were going to mix up that time.. So I got centre with Emily! We ran up and down the court trying to get a goal or more. We got a couple goals. The timer rang. We met up once more. Then.. Mr Koorey said that... WE WON! The score was 15-0. Overall it was a great game. I loved playing winter sport that day, It was very fun. 🌝
